Please join SCORH’s Center for Practice Transformation team for the next installment of the 2019 Best Chance Network Webinar Training Series. Participants will learn about the benefits of using screening and re-screening reports to proactively identify and manage preventative measures in vulnerable populations.

SCORH has joined forces with SC DHEC’s Best Chance Network Program to increase the number of rural primary care providers offering breast and cervical cancer screenings at no cost to women who qualify. Increasing the number of women being served can be accomplished through online training and in person practice-based technical assistance offered by SCORH’s Practice Transformation Consultants.
