Workflow is defined as a series of steps, frequently performed by different staff members and often dependent on related workflows, that accomplishes a particular task. Workflows represent how work gets done, not the protocols that have been established to do the work.

In our next 4C Collaborative webinar, “Best Practices: Diabetes Workflow,” we will take a deeper dive into the subject. Many practices have participated in workflow mapping for the purpose of implementing electronic health records, but some have not used these processes with the idea of improving quality and outcomes.

Join SCORH’s Center for Practice Transformation team as we discuss the evidence-based best practices that identify opportunities for improvement or change, and design new, more effective processes.

We will discuss:

  • Redesigning your Workflow
  • PDSA: Model for Improvement
  • Implementation & Evaluation

Date: March 11, 2021
