This webinar will provide effective cultural engagement strategies for providers to build rapport with their patients- an important building block for motivating patients to manage chronic disease. Tiffany Simpson-Crumpley, SCORH Education & Training Consultant will be presenting. SCORH has joined forces with DHEC’s Best Chance Network and WISEWOMAN Programs to increase the number of rural providers offering these life-saving services and increase the number of women being served by these programs in rural communities. This is accomplished through training (online and in-person) and practice-based technical assistance offered by QI coaches.  Intended Audience: Any rural health care provider offering preventive services to women; new and existing Best Chance Network & WISEWOMAN program providers.
